Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

All course enrolments are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

Because our courses are delivered through a digital platform, you receive immediate access to exclusive study materials, video lectures, live sessions (if applicable), mock tests, and other premium resources upon successful enrolment. Due to the nature of digital content and the instant access it provides, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations after enrolment.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrolment only before making the payment. Once the payment is processed and the course is activated, cancellation is not permitted.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Carefully review the course curriculum, duration, features, and pricing
  • Watch any free preview/demo lectures (if available)
  • Assess your suitability for the course before purchasing

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare, exceptional cases, such as:

  • Technical failure on our end is preventing access to the course for an extended period
  • Accidental duplicate payment (subject to verification)
  • Change of mind of the student due to some personal reasons
  • Not satisfied with the quality of our services

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrolment via email, along with supporting evidence. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.

Note: Refunds, even when approved, may be subject to deductions for administrative charges and any content already accessed.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first will be treated as a violation of this policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to block your account and pursue legal remedies permanently.

5. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please email us at admin@lepearleducation.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email ID
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund with supporting documents

We will respond to your request within 7-10 business days.

By enrolling in any course at LePearl Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
